Working 1:1 with students with Autism in classroom and therapeutic settings Supporting students with SEN in developing essential life skills and independence Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, adapting learning to meet individual needs Encouraging participation in therapeutic sessions such as yoga, art therapy, and gardening Promoting emotional regulation and wellbeing for students with Autism Helping students prepare for life after college, with a focus on practical skills and personal growth Liaising with teaching staff, therapists, and external professionals to support holistic development Recording progress and contributing to reviews of student development plans
