? Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN
? Assist with lesson delivery and adapting materials for individual learning needs
? Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
? Support students with personal, social, and emotional development
? Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records
? Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
? Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere in and out of the classroom
Requirements
? Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in a school or similar setting)
? A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to follow safeguarding policies and work as part of a team
