Synergy Care and Education are looking for a experienced SEN Teaching Assistant in and around Plymouth area.

You will be supporting children with autism and special educational needs. The role involves providing care and educational assistance to children in a nurturing environment.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you play a crucial role in aiding students on their educational journey. Cultivating various strategies to meet each student's unique needs is essential. Collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families to develop comprehensive support plans is vital

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who can:

To support the educational, social and physical needs of pupils including those with severe physical, learning and complex behavioural difficulties, supporting the curriculum and school through the provision of assistance to the Teacher. Work well as part of a caring team Recognize the varying needs of individual learners and adjust tasks accordingly. Secure high-quality relationships with parents, Carers and the wider community. Bring creativity and enthusiasm to each and every new day. Has experience of working in a primary school supporting groups of children
