Teaching Assistant



32 hours a week BANES Grade 4 Term time only plus 5 INSETS
Hours:

Monday: 8.40am - 3.35pm Tuesday: 8.40am - 4.30pm Wednesday - Friday: 8.40am - 3.15pm
We are seeking to appoint a hard working and dedicated teaching assistant to work at Fosse Way School, a school for children aged 4-19, who have an Education, Health and Care plan.

As a teaching assistant at our school, the role is incredibly varied meaning you could be providing more general classroom support and at other times you could be working on a 1:1 basis with an individual child. The post holder's responsibilities include the meeting of pupils' emotional, social and physical needs and liaising with teaching staff in the development and delivery of a differentiated curriculum. Applicants will need to be confident, resilient and have excellent communication skills. We are a hard-working and enthusiastic team who enjoy the challenges and opportunities of working within a school environment.
