Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant:



Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils achieve their academic and personal goals. Assist in implementing personalized learning plans, fostering social, emotional, and life skills development. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure holistic support for every learner. Promote a calm, nurturing, and engaging environment where pupils feel confident and empowered. Celebrate progress and achievements, helping pupils unlock their potential every step of the way.
