98-105 per day, depending on experience

Monday-Friday, term-time only (no weekends)

enthusiastic and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant

to join our supportive and skilled team.

The Role:

As an SEN TA, you will:

Provide

1:1 support

to students, helping them engage with learning and manage their emotional and behavioural needs Help create

safe, comfortable, and nurturing learning environments

that allow pupils to feel calm, secure, and ready to learn Work closely with teachers to

plan and prepare tailored lessons and activities

that meet the individual needs of pupils Support both in and out of the classroom, promoting social and emotional development Build trusting relationships with students, staff, and families to support progress and wellbeing

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

Positive, energetic, and compassionate Proactive and able to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Committed to making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs Comfortable working with pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural challenges Ideally has experience or a background in

psychology

, education, or SEN
