Key Responsibilities - As an SEN Tutors

Personalised Tutoring -

Deliver engaging, one-to-one lessons tailored to the specific needs of your students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH).

Team Collaboration -

Work closely with families and teachers to create and implement individualized learning plans.

Monitoring Progress

Track student development, and provide constructive feedback to boost their confidence.

Qualifications - What Lexia Education Services require

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

A recognised teaching qualification is

required.

Relevant Experience

3 years

of teaching experience (not essential).

Communication Skills -

Strong ability to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
