What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering SEND Provision
- Ensure high-quality SEND support and provision for all students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Driving Effective Teaching & Interventions
- Use your expertise to
implement quality-first teaching
and plan, evaluate, and improve intervention strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyse and use student data to
inform provision planning
and monitor progress.
Building Strong Relationships
- Work collaboratively with students, staff, parents, and stakeholders to create a
nurturing and effective learning environment
.
Embedding the School Ethos
- Play an active role in shaping and promoting Dovecote's
inclusive and aspirational
learning culture.
What We're Looking For:
A strong understanding of the
SEND Code of Practice
Experience in leading and coordinating
SEND provision
A passion for
inclusive education
and a deep commitment to supporting students with complex needs
The ability to
lead, inspire, and collaborate
within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
This role is covered by the
Childcare Disqualification Regulations 2018
, and all successful applicants will be subject to a
fully Enhanced DBS check
.
