Milestone Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, experience and dedicated SENCo to join our partnered primary school.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and assess pupils with SEND and coordinate support and interventions. Work collaboratively with teachers and SLT to ensure inclusive classroom practices. Liaise with parents/careers, outside professionals and the Senior Leadership Team. Maintain and update EHCPs and Provision maps. Promote the wellbeing and progress of all pupils with additional needs.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:



QTS Relevant SENDCo qualification Proven experience supporting children with a wide range of SEND. A strong understanding of inclusive education and safeguarding.
