We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEND Assistant to join our Early Years team. In this role, you'll work closely with individual children and small groups, helping them thrive through tailored support, fun learning activities, and positive encouragement
.
Working hours - 15h permeant and up to 10 additional hours linked to children's SEND funding per week.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Delivering one-to-one and group activities based on individual learning plans
Working closely with key staff, parents, and the SEND team
Helping children build confidence, communication skills, and independence
Using creative, hands-on approaches to keep learning fun and inclusive
Being a positive role model for kindness, curiosity, and respect

Has experience or a strong interest in working with young children with additional needs
