About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Level 3 Practitioner

to join our team and deliver high-quality interventions for children with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by supporting children to reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver targeted intervention groups tailored to individual needs. Support children with varying SEND profiles, including speech and language, social communication, and emotional regulation. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to ensure consistent support strategies. Monitor and record progress, adapting interventions as needed. Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent. Proven experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting. Strong understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning strategies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's development.
