To adapt, support and respond to the needs of the SEND Service and in partnership with our existing SEND Advisor and wider LOTM teams.
You will deliver services to the community to support those families and individuals experiencing challenges with SEND. Your everyday role could vary from supporting with the completion of DLA or EHCP paperwork; carrying out surgery meetings to establish need and implement support or signpost to appropriate pathways; support with referrals to other professionals or within LOTM; read and disseminate reports and educational/ social care documents; support in meetings with clients to discuss ways forward with partners, schools and agencies; carry out research and establish new lines of delivery; support in peer group meetings; interrogate data and evaluative documents to understand key patterns; present information to partners and peers.

Essential Experience: SEND/ social care; working in education
Minimum Qualifications: GCSE Maths & English plus a higher relevant qualification
Essential Skills: Excellent command of Microsoft Office Applications and other IT skills; driving license
