As part of our growth plans, and to support our learners, were looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about SEND learners, supporting persons with additional needs to excel on any apprenticeship with us. Experience of Hospitality is desirable so that you can best support the learners and understand the industry they work in, or alternatively a passion for the industry with experience assisting SEND learners is also preferable.
In summary, you'll have:
Relevant SEND experience/knowledge or strong hospitality experience with a drive to support learners with complex needs into employment
A deep passion for hospitality and inclusive learning
The ability to design and deliver internal training to help our whole team support SEND learners - including creating the best possible learning environment for neurodivergent apprentices, all gained throughout your qualification learning.
Functional Skills in English and Maths - or equivalent

- for those passionate about supporting learners with additional needs, including our growing community of neurodivergent apprentices
As a Skills Coach, you'll play a vital role in supporting a caseload of learners enrolled on our apprenticeship programmes. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging training sessions both in person and virtually, assigning tasks and coursework, providing timely feedback through marking, and preparing learners for their assessments. This role offers the ideal balance of meaningful learner interaction and focused, task-based work - all in the luxury hospitality sector.
