Job Description

Source Supply are working with a primary school in Middlesbrough to recruit a SEND teacher to work in a base with a small group of children in key stage 2 with additional needs.

The school are looking for a patient and resilient teacher with a positive outlook and approach. Strong behaviour management is essential, as is the ability to work well as part of a close-knit and effective team.

Requirements

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

- Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).

-Have experience working with children with additional needs.

- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.

- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.

- Be comfortable delivering their own and pre-set lesson plans to range of children, dependant on the requirements of the school.

- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.

- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
