A specialist school in Southwark is looking for a passionate and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-16 with autism and sensory processing needs. What You'll Be Doing
Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with autism, SEMH, and sensory needs
Supporting transitions, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning
Implementing personalised behaviour and sensory strategies
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to monitor progress
Creating a calm, inclusive classroom environment that promotes well-being and independence
