What You'll Do:
Support teachers in delivering
inclusive, engaging lessons
tailored to individual learning needs.
Help pupils with SEND participate fully in classroom activities and make measurable progress.
Foster a
positive, nurturing environment
that promotes emotional and academic development.
Assist with age-appropriate learning and developmental activities.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor and enhance pupil outcomes.
Prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, structured classroom setting.
Provide personal care support when needed, always with dignity and sensitivity.
Uphold safeguarding standards and promote the welfare of children in line with school policies.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience working with children or adults with SEND is a plus.
We welcome applicants from
non-educational backgrounds
such as support work, care, youth mentoring, or coaching.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
Knowledge of SEND strategies and inclusive education practices is desirable.
Empathetic, patient, and proactive team players.
