We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate

Teaching Assistant

to join a

specialist SEND school

in the Crawley area. This full-time role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs within a structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.


As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both academically and emotionally, helping them to feel safe, engaged, and confident in their learning. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored classroom support and contribute to a positive and consistent learning environment.
