We are looking to appoint a friendly and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant at Weald Rise Primary School. We are a leading school and are proud of our state of the art building. Pupils feel safe, are very well-behaved and make excellent progress above national average.
About you
The successful applicant must:
- Enjoy working with children
- Be emotionally intelligent, caring and flexible
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to fit in with our happy, hard-working team
- Have a good standard in literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C essential)
- Have good positive behaviour management strategies
- Have a strong desire to develop and learn for themselves
- Be committed to developing children\xe2\x80\x99s learning.
