Position: Experienced SEND Teaching Assistant


Location: Parbold


Start Date: January


Days: Monday - Friday


Hours: 08.45 - 12.00


Contract: Part time - 16.25hrs


Pay: 93.24 - 108.54 (Depending on experience & qualification)



Our school is set in the small rural village of Parbold in West Lancashire. They are well known locally for being a very friendly, inclusive school and are keen to maintain this reputation. As they are a small school, staff are acutely aware of each child's strengths, talents and needs. They are recognised in the local authority as a high performing school; in both our most recent Ofsted and Archdiocesan inspections, we were graded outstanding.

We are seeking an experienced SEND teaching assistant, The candidate must be passionate about education, have experience of supporting children from a range of backgrounds and have a child centred approach. They must also be enthusiastic, positive and dedicated. Qualifications & Requirements:



- Hold a

UK

Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification or higher.

- Have at least two years' experience working within a Primary School.

- Have experience leading 1:1

- Have experience delivering phonics schemes.

- Have a good understanding of supporting SEN students.
