About the role

Source Supply are currently recruiting an experienced SEND Teaching Assistantto work in an inclusive and encouraging primary school in Middlesbrough.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important role by nurturing learning needs and encouraging an excitement for learning. You will be expected to foster the school's values and hardworking ethos.

This role requires an engaging and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant who is confident working on a 1:1 basis.

Requirements

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting.

A patient and consistent approach.

Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.

Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.

Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.

Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
