, and we're looking for experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of additional needs.

These roles include:

Day-to-day supply cover

Short-term assignments

Long-term placements

For the right SEND Teaching Assistant, there is a

strong chance of roles becoming permanent

.

The Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of needs, including

ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD and complex needs

. Your responsibilities may include:

Providing 1:1 or small-group support tailored to individual needs Supporting pupils with learning, communication and emotional regulation Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and differentiated activities Managing behaviour positively and consistently Supporting personal care where required Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment Following safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with

children or young people with SEND

A calm, patient and resilient approach The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff Flexibility and reliability across different school settings Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
