Contribute to internal planning and commercial meetings with insight, performance updates and client intelligence

Collaborate with fellow Senior Account Directors to evolve best practices across the wider Client Services team

Support new business opportunities and lead smooth onboarding of clients, working closely with our Sales and Delivery teams###

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a commercially astute leader. You'll have a deep understanding of how to build trusted partnerships and deliver results - not just outputs. You'll be calm under pressure, clear in your thinking, and collaborative in your approach.
