Senior Account Executive - B2B SaaS
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days/week in Southwark office)
Salary: 70,000-80,000 base + 150,000 OTE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving sales growth, and developing strategic relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to analyse market trends to identify new opportunities. You will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction while achieving organisational goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Lead sales initiatives by identifying potential clients and conducting thorough market analysis. Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on performance metrics. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Mentor and guide junior sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence within the team. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, showcasing our products and services.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a B2B environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs effectively. Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
