About the role




As a Senior Account Executive, you will support the team to activate influencer marketing activations on key accounts across the business, working across a wide range of influencer verticals.




From ideation and influencer best-practice, right through to evaluation and reporting; you will be helping to deliver excellent client service, striving to drive brilliant results and grow relationships with your clients.



Key Responsibilities



Keeping a close eye on competitors' influencer activity as well as the latest social news and platform updates, to keep our clients up-to-date and ensure we are adapting our campaigns to reflect changes to the industry and to social platforms Supporting on day-to-day comms with the client, managing upwards any concerns you have around campaign logistics Developing relationships with the clients, positioning yourself as the go to for day-to-day queries and updates Creating influencer shortlists for campaigns, using our influencer identification tools to select talent who are both a great fit for the brand and campaign but will also deliver strong value and brilliant results. Writing influencer briefs at the beginning of the campaign as well as contributing to client wrap reports at the close of the campaign, in a timely manner and to a high standard Pulling together creative ideas for campaigns Ensuring all content is in line with the influencer brief, and flagging any suggested amends with the clients in good time Providing clear and motivating feedback to influencers to ensure that content nails the brief and minimising rounds of amends Observing campaign performance and flagging any suggested optimisations Working with finance on processing of invoices, ensuring all payments are logged in internal trackers, monitoring invoices across the campaigns and ensuring they are processed in timely manner


What We're Looking For:



Previous experience working in influencer marketing, at an agency or in house Genuine passion for the social and influencer space Excellent written and verbal communication skills A keen attention to detail and organisational skills Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work and act independently Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Curiosity to learn, and suggest new ideas and ways of working Previous experience in influencer marketing is great to have, but not mandatory

The Interview Process:





1. If you are shortlisted, we will invite you to join a 30 minute virtual call for us to get to know you better and for us to tell you more about the role and agency, and answer any initial questions.



2. If we think you'd be a great fit, we will then invite you to do a task relevant to the role you've applied for, which we wouldn't expect to take more than one hour. If possible, it would be great for you to come into our offices and present this so that we can meet each other in person however if that doesn't work, we can do it over a video call.


A final decision will be made following this.

Hybrid working, working from our Shoreditch HQ on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and from home on Mondays and Fridays.



Core Hours of 10:00 - 17:00 with the flexibility to start anytime between 08:00 - 10:00 and finish between 17:00 - 19:00.
