ABOUT THE ROLE

We're on the hunt for a Senior Account Executive to join our Technology team and help drive programmes with high-growth global B2B technology brands.

We are looking for a star with energy and tenacity; somebody who can live and breathe our values (Ambitious, Kind, Inclusive, Entrepreneurial, Collaborative, Fearless). Candidates will need to be creative, highly organised, mindful of deadlines and able to multi-task across a busy to-do list. Key traits they'll bring include:Experience working on busy B2B and corporate PR programmes (UK and regional/global) for technology brands
Expert knowledge of technology and business media, with top tier contacts and an understanding of how to land media coverage
Understanding of the technology landscape, new innovations and how these can be applied to business audiences
Creative approaches to cutting through in a crowded media landscape
Strong writing skills across a range of content (e.g. by-lines, comments, media pitches, social media posts)
Ability to manage both up and down and organising their own and others' work to ensure client success
An interest in building communications programmes that go beyond media into content, digital, social, influencer etc
Confidence in providing fast advice to clients
An interest and ability to make and hold strong personal relationships with clients, contacts and colleagues


The role sits in our Technology practice, a team primarily focused on the B2B technology space and working with brands including Lenovo, Zoom, ServiceNow, Snowflake and more. The ideal candidate will have experience with recognisable, high growth enterprise technology brands and be adept at showing how their innovations are having an impact beyond hype cycles. Being able to find a creative spark to put a new spin on technical stories and well-trodden subjects is also a must. This hire is as much about attitude as it is experience.

As well as working with key clients, you will play a key role in new business pitches and must be experienced in this area - comfortable in collaborating on, and contributing to, pitch proposals and be a cool, confident presenter. Zeno operates a matrix structure, so there may also be opportunities to work with brands outside of the technology space.
