We are looking for a detail driven, proactive Senior Account Executive to join our client services team at Ponderosa.

What you will do
Client service and support
Take day to day responsibility for the delivery of assigned client projects, keeping on top of the detail
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams through clear and timely communication
Organise and prepare meetings, agendas, notes and actions, and make sure logistics and materials are in place
Track progress against timelines, budgets and deliverables, keeping stakeholders informed and managing expectations
Handle key admin tasks including job numbers, POs, invoicing support and regular status updates
Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to brief
Project coordination
Lead WIP updates for your projects to support capacity planning and smooth delivery
Complete contact and status reports accurately and on schedule
Help manage timelines, budget tracking and job bag completion from brief to delivery
Create clear studio briefs with Account Manager support and coordinate with the in house studio and Resource Manager
Review and manage creative feedback to keep work on brand and on brief
Proofread to ensure professional, error free output in line with brand guidelines
Save and archive all work correctly for easy future access
Commercial awareness
Support estimating and quoting, ensure correct POs are in place and job details are accurate
Track budgets and scope, flag risks and additional amends, and help retain value for money
Keep your timesheets up to date to support account profitability and reporting
Share useful market and category insights to add value to client conversations
Team contribution and growth
Buddy junior team members where helpful and share best practice
Contribute ideas to improve how we work and help evolve our processes
What we are looking for
Experience in a similar role in a creative or marketing agency, for example Account Executive with progression, or a strong placement year with additional experience
A natural organiser with excellent attention to detail
Confident juggling multiple projects and priorities in a fast moving environment
Clear, friendly communicator who is proactive and solutions focused
Comfortable with budgets, numbers and basic spreadsheets
Ambition to progress toward Account Manager over time
