We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day client communications, driving project delivery, and ensuring our marketing and advertising campaigns meet high standards of performance and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Account Managers in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms. Independently managing small to mid-size client accounts or specific workstreams within larger accounts. Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering feedback. Conducting regular client meetings to review performance and project status. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Assisting with new business pitches and contributing to proposal development.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar client-facing role, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency. Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns. Proficiency in Chinese social media platforms, particularly WeChat and Rednote. The ability to read and write Simplified Chinese to an advanced level.

Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities. High level of accuracy, organisational and analytical skills. Solid understanding of both print and digital advertising. A proactive, creative, and commercially aware mindset.
