Position Overview:
Green Street's Sales team offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you will be expected and empowered to sell research & data products and services to a variety of prospect types. We are building a smart and ambitious Sales Team committed to our mission and focused on winning. We are in search of a motivated seller that can drive volume and manage a tight process to deliver high velocity sales. We provide fantastic training, qualified prospect lists, ongoing managerial support, and a highly attractive product that is THE leader in its field.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a detailed sales plan for your territory and achieve or exceed sales quota
Generate new revenue by selling Green Street's industry leading products (research, data & analytics, news and advisory)
Prioritize outbound prospecting to generate pipeline. Engaging prospects proactively via outreach on a daily basis
Navigate an organization to connect with decision makers at the C-Level and build champions for our solution
Uncover desired business goals and pain points with prospects, and map back to Green Street Solutions
As a trusted advisor, position the value of Green Street's products to prospects by articulating how our solutions meet their needs, improves business outccomes, and address the gaps of alternative solutions
Understand the value of Green Street's products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and sell Green Street's benefits in a compelling manner
Manage a sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast and track activities within Green Street's CRM application
Work with an entrepreneurial mindset that demonstrates drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency in acquiring new customers
Collaborate closely with colleagues across functions and business units to ensure cross-fertilization of ideas, best practices, and training
Candidate Profile:
5+ years of successful full cycle sales experience within SaaS software, financial services, information services, commercial real estate or other technology-based companies. Business-to-business and subscription-oriented environments preferred
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas while closing new business
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
A strong understanding of financial concepts and principles as they relate to clients' needs
Commercial Real Estate experience helpful, but not required
This role is hybrid, requiring employees to come into the London office 3 days a week
Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization:
In addition to a basic salary, this position is eligible for commission and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
