What you'll be doing Owning the full sales cycle from first meeting to close
Selling into WHS / HSE / Compliance leaders who need safer, smarter ways to work
Closing a mix of inbound and outbound opportunities
Working with senior sales leadership to shape GTM strategy as the team scales
What we're looking for 1+ year SaaS closing experience (B2B, tech, or software sales)
Experience or interest in selling into Workplace Health & Safety / Compliance personas would be advantageous
Strong consultative, value-led sales style
Ambition, drive, and hunger to succeed in a fast-paced SaaS scale-up
