Campaign Delivery: Lead the execution of integrated campaigns - from media mailers and influencer activations to product launches and creative storytelling.
Media & Influencer Relations: Leverage your strong network of beauty media and influencers to secure impactful coverage and build brand advocacy.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our designers, planners, and creatives to develop compelling assets and campaign ideas that resonate with audiences.
Project & Team Management: Oversee timelines, delegate tasks clearly to junior team members, and ensure high-quality delivery across all touchpoints.
Trendspotting & Insights: Stay ahead of beauty and wellness trends, identifying cultural moments and news-jacking opportunities that can elevate our work.
Content & Copy: Review and refine press releases, social content, and messaging documents to ensure they're client-ready and on-brand.
Measurement & Reporting: Present campaign results and insights to clients, using data to inform future strategy and demonstrate impact.
