CEN Natural Beauty & Wellness Studio is a new, elegant and inclusive beauty and wellness space, located in the heart of Hadleigh. We specialise in treatments that enhance natural beauty and promote wellbeing for both ladies and gents, in a calm, plant-filled environment with luxe touches and a personal feel.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Senior Therapist / Salon Manager

to play a key role in our business.

The Role

This is a dual role combining hands-on therapy with team leadership and daily salon management. You will provide high-quality treatments to clients while supporting the smooth operation of the salon and helping us grow our client base. You will also support the wellness team and business, but your primary role will be beauty-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering a range of advanced beauty treatments to a consistently high standard Leading and supporting a small team of therapists Overseeing day-to-day salon operations, stock management, and rotas Supporting promotional campaigns and helping implement new services Assisting with staff training, inductions, and standards of practice Acting as a key point of contact for clients and ensuring exceptional service

What We're Looking For

Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy At least 3 years' salon/spa experience, ideally in a senior or supervisory role Skilled in a range of treatments such as massage, facials, waxing, Lashes (Classic & Hybrid, Russian great but not essential), nails - holistic experience (e.g. reflexology or Reiki) is a bonus A natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills Passion for natural beauty, wellness, and creating a positive client experience
