About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven
Senior Account Manager
to join our dynamic team in Southport. This is a fantastic opportunity to establish and nurture relationships with both business and educational institutions across the region, driving business growth while helping to meet the needs of our existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, including primary schools, high schools, MATS and businesses across the Northwest
Arrange and attend onsite meetings with new and existing customers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the targeted sectors
Consistently meet and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Represent the company at educational events, conferences, and exhibitions
Provide regular updates and reports on account status to management
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services

Requirements:
2 years or more experience in similar role
Demonstrated experience in account management and ICT sales
Knowledge of the UK business and education sector
Understanding of procurement processes (preferred)
Experience in selling server and network infrastructure solutions
Understanding of various types of software used within our sectors
Exceptional skills in building relationships and communication
Strong capabilities in negotiation and delivering presentations
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid UK driving licence and a willingness to travel across the region
Self-driven, resilient, and capable of working independently
Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience
