Who We Are Looking For:
ConcentricLife is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with a passion for, and experience in, healthcare and Life Sciences to join our London-based global team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play an integral role in leading, building and winning client relationships.
Reports to: The Senior Account Director
What You Will Do:
xc2xb7 Serve as an internal advocate for the brands you work on, building and maintaining positive client relationships
xc2xb7 Maintain contact with clients to ensure a strong understanding of their needs and effectively communicate these needs to the internal team, the primary day-to-day contact for multiple clients, earning their trust and respect, and becoming recognised as a valued contributor to their account
xc2xb7 Identify and triage business opportunities and significant changes in the clients business structure or needs
xc2xb7 Demonstrate credibility through a thorough understanding of your client's therapy area, products, competitive landscape, and target audiences
xc2xb7 Understand and contribute to the strategic and creative vision for the brands you work on
xc2xb7 Manage client and agency expectations regarding project timelines, costs, and processes, educating clients on agency procedures
xc2xb7 Exercise caution and consider the implications of client requests before committing to actions, ensuring thoughtful decision-making
xc2xb7 Be proficient in the regulatory review process and client platforms, ensuring projects are developed and delivered in compliance with client processes
xc2xb7 Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all projects
Collaboration & Communication:
xc2xb7 Work closely with creative and project management partners to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
xc2xb7 Support in the development and presentation of agency proposals, recommendations, POVs, and strategic initiatives, actively promoting agency offerings to clients
xc2xb7 Work with strategy partners to develop creative briefs and strategic plans
xc2xb7 Develop project briefs and lead cross-functional project briefings
xc2xb7 Work with project management partners to build SOWs
xc2xb7 Work with finance and project management partners to manage and maintain the financial health of your accounts
xc2xb7 Provide finance partners with timely rolling forecast projections and manage billing
xc2xb7 Leverage the trust and respect earned within the agency to handle urgent or unplanned work effectively
xc2xb7 Motivate the wider team, fostering a collaborative and energetic spirit within your accounts
xc2xb7 Maintain composure to avoid crises and keep the team calm
What You Bring:
xc2xb7 3+ years of experience in an account/client services role within the life sciences communications/advertising industry
xc2xb7 A passion for continuous learning and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
xc2xb7 An approachable, hardworking, open-minded, self-starter mindset
xc2xb7 A drive to elevate both thinking and the work
xc2xb7 A curious nature
xc2xb7 An ability to tell a simple story visually and verbally
xc2xb7 Experience in co-leading project teams to plan and deliver omni-channel campaigns
xc2xb7 Experience managing or mentoring others
xc2xb7 The desire to be great
xc2xb7 Experience with launch campaigns is also beneficial, but not essential
