The Senior Account Manager is responsible for retaining and growing a defined book of businesses across our market research agencies clients, providing marketing research services and software to full-service marketing research firms and end users of market research. This person will be the face of PG Forsta within these accounts and is expected to become a trusted advisor to our customers. Ensuring that we cultivate lasting relationships and providing guidance to ensure that our customers are aware of our value proposition, evolving software and services offerings and always positioning ourselves for growth.


This position will primarily target existing client relationships in the EMEA region. Candidates may reside anywhere in Europe within proximity to a major airport with preference being given to any candidates that would be in close proximity to any of our European offices in London, Sarajevo, or Sofia. Remote position, but candidates should have the ability to travel up to 30% of their time and to meet clients, attend industry events and conferences in addition to any other in-person sales activities.





RESPONSIBILITIES:



Regularly meet with marketing research firms, consultancies, ad agencies and those in the insights, user experience Work with Management and other senior staff in creating integrated sales campaigns in coordination with the marketing department Professional representation of PG Forsta is expected while coordinating and running regular, thoughtful client meetings, responding effectively to RFPs, building rapport with client contacts, and learning more about our client's businesses with the aim of growing market share Participate in professional associations, attend conferences, stay abreast of industry happenings, promote the firm's visibility, manage existing client relationships and highlight product opportunities to senior management Maintaining and expanding current book of business



Client Relations



Travels occasionally to make on-site sales calls Build business with long-term clients Works effectively with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and create an environment conducive to long-term growth Must respond with appropriate urgency to client inquires and RFPs Build relationships with decision makers and influencers within prospective organization



Administration



Presents regularly to Sales Management on past performance and upcoming sales plans with dates and measurable action items Engages in annual account reviews with the VP, Executive team Documents, meetings, calls, activities and bids per process accurately and per protocol in SalesForce.com Reviews current period forecast regularly to ensure accuracy and explains any significant deviations to Vice President



Pipeline Management



Completes weekly pipeline and activity reviews (client conversations and online/phone or in-person meetings) and delivers summary to VP Regularly reviews key account sales plans in designated territory and leads key client meetings Properly and promptly follows sales process and effectively builds pipeline Sales prospecting within assigned accounts is critical to account growth Ensures personal pipeline is sufficient for success Escalates competitive feedback from client conversations and RFP dialogue to management Forecasting



QUALIFICATIONS:



Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus) and or 4 years of Military Service 5+ years in direct sales or client facing role (to market researchers' a plus) Familiarity with market research software, services and online technologies Track record of success in prior roles Ability and willingness to travel as needed to grow the business Knowledge of SFA software (SalesForce.com preferred) and lead generation tools and techniques required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
