Overview:
As the Senior Account Manager for the Communications portfolio, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue across various channels including advertising, conferences, awards, creative solutions, and list rental. Reporting to the Commercial Director, your primary goal is to grow year-on-year spend from your allocated client base, securing revenue across all budget lines. You will also focus on new business development and contribute to the brand's commercial strategy.
Responsibilities:
Key ResponsibilitiesMaximise revenue for a diverse portfolio including conferences, awards, advertising, and creative solutions.
Assess and recommend changes to new projects to unlock their commercial potential.
Lead allocated projects, organising sales collateral, team training, and commercial opportunities.
Account Management & Business Development:
Generate new business and grow existing accounts through excellent client relationships and strong business acumen
Exceed revenue growth targets for your client base
Manage client accounts, including those outside your direct split during team absences.
Ensure all commercial agreements are properly contracted and communicated to the delivery team.
Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria:
Proven ability to manage commercial relationships and drive revenue growth.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to support the Commercial Director.
High-level ability to sell complex partnership concepts.
Excellent organisation and time management.
Experience in Salesforce
Innovative and creative thinker with a business-minded approach.
Results-driven with a passion for new business development
