About the role




We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to work across a mix of social media and influencer accounts spanning a range of verticals. We have some flexibility to match the specific accounts that you'll be managing to your individual interests and passions.



Our SAMs are the voice of our clients within the agency, leading relationships, interrogating briefs, ensuring best-in-class delivery, and driving client satisfaction and account growth.



You'll work alongside our Strategy, Campaigns, and Paid Social teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Leadership & Growth



Act as day to day point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships. Interrogate briefs to ensure we're set up for success in providing strategic recommendations that will best achieve the clients' objectives. Support with new business responses and proactive proposals, working with Strategy and Campaigns to shape and present responses. Identify opportunities for proactive work Deliver against KPIs on client satisfaction, client retention and growth


Onboarding & Client Experience



Manage onboarding for new clients (contracts, kick-off decks, ways of working, general account housekeeping). Ensure clients clearly understand our processes and systems Own all client communication, ensuring updates, timelines and status documents are delivered seamlessly by coordinating across internal teams.


Campaign Oversight



Oversee campaign progress without being in the detail of talent negotiations which are led by our Campaigns team Ensure Campaigns team keeps you updated on delivery, flagging any potential risks or issues early and providing solutions. Review influencer shortlists and content before sharing with clients to ensure brand alignment. Consolidate client feedback, communicating this with Campaigns team and ensuring all feedback is actioned. Lead the creation of wrap-up reports, setting the structure, identifying what metrics are most relevant to the clients and ensuring that data and insights are integrated by Campaigns and Paid Social teams.


Finance & Operations



Manage POs and billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Track account finances and work with leadership to forecast and report accurately.

What We're Looking For:



A strong understanding of and passion for influencer marketing and social platforms. Significant experience in a social, influencer, or digital agency, with client-facing responsibility and a proven ability to retain and grow accounts. A strategic thinker who can balance big picture planning with day-to-day delivery. Experience leading proposals and presenting confidently to senior clients. Excellent project oversight skills and able to keep multiple teams aligned and clients informed. Commercially minded with budget management experience. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

The Interview Process:

2. If we think you'd be a great fit, we will then invite you to do a task relevant to the role you've applied for, which we wouldn't expect to take more than one hour.

Hybrid working, working from our Shoreditch HQ on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and from home on Mondays and Fridays.



Core Hours of 10:00 - 17:00 with the flexibility to start anytime between 08:00 - 10:00 and finish between 17:00 - 19:00.
