Senior Account Manager

to lead client engagement and business growth in Southwest London. With a strong background in

instrumentation and process automation

, you'll play a key role in delivering value-driven solutions to our customers across a range of industries.


This is a strategic role for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving consultative sales in a technically complex environment.


Key Responsibilities for a Senior Account Manager:



Leading and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts using strategic account planning. Developing deep customer insight and stay ahead of industry trends. Providing expert guidance on instrumentation products, services, and solutions. Collaborating with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Solutions. Applying a consultative sales approach to uncover and address customer needs. Driving business development initiatives and contribute to regional strategy. Maintaining regular customer engagement--both in-person and virtually. Demonstrating agility, proactive decision-making, and a solution-focused mindset.

Your Profile as a Senior Account Manager;



Proven experience in sales within

Instrumentation

,

Process Automation

Strong technical understanding of measurement technologies and systems. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Strategic thinker with a track record of exceeding targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
