Job Overview


We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to manage and develop the company's key accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong leadership presence, and the ability to analyse market trends to identify opportunities for our clients.

Your role is a key position in the Peak UK sales team and is needed to achieve our growth potential.

Duties



Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Lead account strategy meetings to discuss client needs, objectives, and performance metrics. Analyse sales data and market trends to provide insights that drive account growth and profitability. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Utilise Pipedrive to track account activity, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics. Conduct periodic face to face meetings with clients where required. Oversee day to day correspondence and admin for the key accounts

Skills



Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong team player Proficient in analysing data to inform strategic decisions and recommendations. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
