Are you a commercially minded accountant who loves business, embraces technology, and enjoys solving problems? We'd love to have you on board.

We started out delivering strategic FD services, management accounts, and process optimisation for 7 & 8 figure businesses. As demand grew, so did we. Today, we offer a fully outsourced finance function - covering VAT, payroll, company secretarial, bookkeeping, and year-end - but our core focus remains on commercial advisory services and improving financial processes.

We're now looking for a commercially savvy accountant to take ownership of a client portfolio and lead delivery. You'll manage a small team (a bookkeeper and an accountant) to help deliver real value - not just tick compliance boxes. Month-end reporting, board meetings, management accounts, and hands-on advisory will be your day-to-day.

Most of our clients are growing fast, and many operate multi-entity or group structures, so experience in that space is key - along with a solid understanding of the tax and compliance issues affecting owner-managed limited companies.

Responsibilities

Own and lead delivery for a portfolio of clients Build board packs, monthly management accounts, and KPI dashboards Support clients with forecasting, acquisitions and strategic decision making You will proactively identify and implement system and process improvements for clients, helping to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and support their growth Manage a team of bookkeepers accountants - motivating and coaching them Be the go-to person for complex queries (internally and client-side) Oversee the preparation and submission for all compliance services Advise on tax-efficient profit extraction and structure planning

Requirements

5+ years in a client-facing or commercially focused role ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (QBE would be considered) ?Excellent communication & leadership skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively A strong interest in accounting technology and automation
