| Who we're looking for |

Someone with strong UK practice experience who wants a role with real influence.
This is a hands-on role with leadership built in.
You will manage a portfolio in your strongest area and help lead the day to day standards, workflow and development of the team around you. You will also be part of how we roll out and improve MTD-ready services. We want someone who is comfortable explaining the value of this to clients and leading by example.
If you like solving problems before they become problems, you'll fit right in.

| What you will be doing |

Your responsibilities will be shaped around your strengths, but expect to be involved in:

Managing a client portfolio in accounts, VAT, personal tax or payroll Reviewing work and supporting junior team members Improving workflows and client processes Helping clients adopt cloud and MTD-friendly systems
