As we scale across the UK and US markets, we're looking for a

Senior Accountant

who's ready to take ownership, support a small but high-performing finance team, and play a pivotal role in our next stage of growth.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Accountant, you'll have a broad, hands-on remit with real influence across the business:

Lead Financial Reporting

Own monthly reporting cycles and annual accounts Manage the reporting process end-to-end Personally handle complex technical accounting areas

Improve Our FinOps

Build and integrate our finance tech stack into the wider Yardi ecosystem Partner with Sales Ops to automate processes like On-Demand sales and full-time office invoicing

Oversee Day-to-Day Finance

Support and oversee the work of our management accountant and outsourced bookkeeping partners Own billing and cash collection for our core full-time office brokerage product

Be a Trusted Advisor

Collaborate with teams across Sales, Supply, and Operations Provide insights on the financial impact of decisions and business performance

Drive Strategic Projects

Lead finance workstreams for new product launches and international expansion Support high-impact growth initiatives across the organisation

What You Bring

A relevant degree or chartered accounting qualification Strong post-qualification experience--ideally in a tech-focused environment A hands-on approach across technical accounting, reporting, and process improvement Comfort with new technologies and a passion for automation and efficiency A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to wider company goals
