Fully responsible for the company's daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.

Familiar with and able to execute UK tax-related processes, including VAT, Corporation Tax, PAYE, etc., ensuring compliant filings and effective tax risk management.

Communicate and coordinate with external accountants.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

Handle communication and coordination for the annual audit, ensuring the audit process is completed smoothly.

Manage and optimize accounting systems, workflows, and internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Proactively resolve daily finance-related issues and provide flexible and effective solutions.

Lead and train finance team members to enhance overall team performance and professionalism.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields; possession of a UK accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA / CIMA / ACA) is preferred.

Familiar with UK tax regulations and filing procedures, with hands-on experience.

Strong execution capability, sense of responsibility, and compliance; able to efficiently implement instructions from superiors and drive tasks to completion.

Flexible thinker with strong problem-solving skills; able to respond quickly in a dynamic business environment and provide practical solutions.

Familiar with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage); experience in system setup or process optimization is a plus.

3-7 years of relevant finance experience; experience in multinational companies or UK local companies is preferred.

Fluent in English with strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-55,000.00 per year
