Family Office
with an established and diverse portfolio spanning
real estate, private equity, and listed investments
, seeking an experienced
Senior Accountant
to join its close-knit finance team.
The Role
You'll take ownership of day-to-day financial management across a range of entities within the Family Office, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight-driven reporting.
Working closely with both the property and investment teams, this is a rare opportunity to combine
hands-on accounting
with
strategic exposure
to wealth management and investment activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records across multiple entities.
Produce monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements.
Oversee accounting for property transactions - including rent rolls, service charges, and lease accounting.
Support investment accounting for private and public market activities.
Manage cashflow, reconciliations, and financial controls across entities.
Liaise with auditors, tax advisers, and external stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and help implement best practices across the finance function.
About You
We're looking for a qualified, polished accountant with the confidence to work autonomously while contributing as part of a small, high-performing team.
Requirements:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
2-5 years' post-qualification experience.
Background in
real estate, investment, or family office
environments is desirable.
Excellent technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, discretion, and integrity are essential.
A genuine interest in the property and investment sectors.
