Required Skills & Experience:

This role would suit someone who is accurate and has a keen eye for detail, and can comply with internal processes and deadlines, in order to insure customer satisfaction.

Essential skills:

2+ years experience in a transactional accounts finance position, ideally within the recruitment sector Experience in both sales and purchase invoicing, client payments, and payment runs Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Desirable skills:

AAT Qualification

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support to the Pay and Bill team Ensure timely and accurate invoicing across multiple client accounts Allocate daily receipts accurately and efficiently Manage credit control processes Prepare monthly payment runs Handle queries professionally and promptly Process staff expenses monthly Undertake ad hoc finance tasks as required
