What you'll be doing:

Supervision and collaboration with accounts payable team. End to end processing of supplier invoices through Continia and Business Central software Take ownership of preparation of weekly payment runs across multiple currencies and banks Assist with invoice and payment queries across different functions and departments within the company Engaging with suppliers on an ongoing basis and reconciling supplier/vendor accounts Provide support with ongoing integration and modernization project Provide insights into weekly and monthly aged creditors Effective collaboration with finance team and wider business

The Must Haves:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounts payable Experience supervising team members Proactive approach to working and desire to learn Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to be on-site up to 3 days a week Retail/multisite experience preferred Experience in Business Central and SAP preferred
