What you'll be doing:





Step into a role where no two days are the same. You'll be working on a variety of

specialist technical projects

, including onsite

noise and vibration monitoring, modelling, analysis and reporting

.


From the very beginning, you'll be hands-on with

Environmental Acoustics projects

, taking them from

proposal through to completion

and seeing the real impact of your work.


You'll also have the chance to:

Grow your expertise

through technical learning and development opportunities.

Collaborate across disciplines

on exciting, large-scale projects - from new roads and railways, to high-rise city centre buildings, retail developments, renewable energy schemes, and commercial/industrial sites.

Work closely with clients

, supporting projects across the UK, strengthening existing relationships and showcasing the full range of what BWB has to offer.

What you'll bring:




A degree or professional qualification in Acoustics (or a closely related field.


Proven consultancy experience in

Environmental Acoustics

- this is essential.


Experience working on

EIA/DCO projects

would be a real advantage.


Strong technical skills in

environmental noise surveys and noise modelling

- with knowledge of

CadnaA

being highly desirable.


Experience managing projects, including financial oversight.


A natural problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Organised and proactive, able to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.


A collaborative team player who can also work independently when needed.


Enthusiastic, ambitious and keen to learn, progress, and share ideas on how we can continually improve.


Previous experience mentoring junior colleagues would be a bonus.


A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for work.
