We are searching for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant
Make an Impact at RSM UK
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Aberdeen office at a time where the office is continuing to grow. You will provide proactive, dynamic, close business support to the Aberdeen senior leaders and their respective teams, ensuring an effective and efficient service is provided at all times.
You'll make an impact by:

  • Providing support to the Executive Assistant / Office Manager and service line teams across the RSM Aberdeen office.
  • Diary and meeting management.
  • Preparing presentations, letters, reports, and proposal documents.
  • Assisting with Bid management, supporting the proposal process, production of proposal documents.
  • Ensuring the Client Relationship Management system is accurate and providing reports as requested.
  • Organising events and conferences, including managing budgets and logistics.
  • Managing travel arrangements for partners and staff.
  • Preparing client onboarding documentation in conjunction with compliance / risk management system.
  • Managing meeting room reservations, screening incoming calls and meeting and greeting clients in the office or at client events.

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, including experience of CRM.
  • Ability to be discreet and confidential.
  • Enthusiasm for client service and delivery.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, proactively seeking opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work.
