We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join RSM UK in our Bromley office to provide a high standard of administrative support working across all teams, playing an important role in assisting other administration team members, and heavily involved in the day-to-day tasks involved in the smooth running of a busy office, liaising regularly with management as required.


You'll make an impact by:

Providing secretarial and administrative assistance including comprehensive support for individual projects to the Partners, Directors, Managers and wider team members in Bromley and wider region as required Managing diaries and arranging meetings, ensuring that bookings are achievable in terms of workload and time constraints Drafting letters, formatting documents, issuing for signing, liaising with clients as appropriate Updating business development activity on the firm's CRM system (Dynamics), ensuring that all information is accurate Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and presentations, ensuring adherence to guidelines on RSM templates and branding Coordinating the Bromley administrative team, being their go to for any queries

Experience working in a similar role with diary and travel management tasks Excellent communications skills and strong team working ability Ability to demonstrate advanced technical skills in using the full range of Microsoft programmes Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet the deadlines and maintain a high quality of work Possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work
