Role Summary
To provide excellent administrative and PA support, where required.
Key Responsibilties
To work closely with the Senior Corporate Support Manager, providing administrative support where required.
To plan, organise and communicate logistics around core conferences and congresses, as a key member of the Autolus Congress Management Team.
To provide administrative support to the Corporate Support Team during peak activity.
To assist in planning / coordination and to provide "on the ground" support for events when required.
To arrange complex travel, and accommodation.
To produce high quality documents, reports, and presentations as required.
To assist with PO management and invoice payments.
To take minutes during team meetings.
To devise and maintain office systems, including data management, SharePoint, Monday.com, and maintaining databases.
To maintain and update internal online sites for company planning and communication.
To assist with internal and external booking of meeting rooms, including room setup, catering, and AV for meetings, as required.
To oversee projects as required.
To support the EA team with congress management organisation and activities.
