We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised

Senior Administrative Officer

to join our friendly, passionate charity team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in supporting vital therapeutic services for children and families, while helping us grow our popular programme of therapeutic training courses.

Working closely with our CEO and a dedicated team of children's therapists, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations -- ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a personal touch.

About the Role:



You'll be responsible for a varied and interesting mix of duties, including:

Managing general administrative tasks and responding to enquiries with warmth and efficiency. Overseeing bookings and supporting the delivery of our therapeutic training programme -- helping to promote and grow course sales. Setting up and maintaining accurate systems to track and record therapists' work with children and families. Coordinating event finances to ensure everything runs smoothly and income targets are met. Supporting our marketing and external communications -- from designing eye-catching flyers to ensuring all materials reflect our charity's ethos and values.

What We're Looking For:



We'd love to hear from you if you're a motivated, proactive self-starter who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. You'll also need:

Excellent interpersonal skills -- confident building warm, professional relationships in person, over the phone, and by email. Strong organisational abilities, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy. Proficiency in IT, especially Excel, Outlook, and other key office software. Previous experience in a varied administrative role.
